Our story

2011
Established as a specialised IT training and operations hub (Harness IT Training Hub); trained and certified over 200 professionals.
2018
Intentionally paused external operations to embed leadership within top-tier corporate organisations in Abuja, gaining hands-on insight into enterprise-level challenges.
2023
Returned with a global perspective as Harness Training and Consulting Limited (incorporated 22 June 2023, CAC RC 7027337), repositioned as a tripartite force in IT, Training and Consulting.
2024/2025
Appointed ICT Consultant to the National Assembly Service Commission (NASC).

Leadership

Patrick Ochiba, CEO and Founder

Patrick Ochiba is the CEO of Harness Limited, an IT, Training and Management Consulting company helping corporate organisations and individuals achieve their strategic goals through technology, capacity building and business growth solutions. With over 15 years of experience spanning information technology, corporate, health and medical, government and not-for-profit sectors, he brings a rare blend of technical depth and leadership expertise to every engagement.

His roles have included IT Consultant and Senior Product Manager at the National Assembly Service Commission, Project Manager at Young Aspirant Leadership Fellowship (YALF/YDI) and Buildman Leadership Foundation, Capacity Building Manager at SABI Training and Consulting Limited, Business Development Manager at The Core Group, and Senior Data Analyst at Frankville Hotel.

As a product manager he has built and managed websites for local and international organisations, including government websites (one at federal level for the National Assembly), Potiskum Medical Centre, Chop1st Digital Platform (a U.S.-based company tackling hunger across Africa), Hamasiach Limited and others.

He holds an mMBA from Tekedia Institute (Boston, USA), is pursuing a PhD, and is certified in Project Management Professional (PMP), Human Resource Management (HRM), Customer Service and Relationship Management (CSRM), Health, Safety and Environmental Management (HSE 1 and 2) and Project Management for Development Professionals (PMDPro). He is also the Founder of Techuria Africa, building the continent's talent pipeline for the digital economy, Founder of the School of Purpose and Leadership, author of four books on purpose-driven leadership, and host of the Purpose Power Podcast.
