Case study: Chop1st (USA)
The client: Dr Paul Ojo, CEO of Chop1st Global FoodTech Company, a platform designed to connect people in need with angel investors to combat hunger in Africa. He set out to build Africa’s first foodtech platform of its kind.
The challenge: Dr Ojo had an idea but no product, tech team or investor materials. He met the CEO of Harness Limited through the professional mMBA at Tekedia Institute (Boston, USA) and shared the idea.
What Harness did: We onboarded a tech team and took the idea from concept to investor-ready, covering research and development, product design, a fund-raising animation, a pitch deck and a website refresh. We also handled governance: CAC registration, corporate bank account processing and brand copyright.
The result: an idea became a company with a working prototype, a pitch deck and a live website. In Dr Ojo’s words: “They onboarded the tech team and delivered excellent work.”
CAC registration, corporate bank account processing, brand copyright
Hospitality: Frankville
Challenge: stagnant revenue and no actionable business intelligence.
Approach: data-first analysis of six months of operational data.
Result: a BI advisory report and onboarding of two independent sales executives to target high-yield revenue.
Case study: three state government websites in ten days
The client: Dr Ayokunnu Ogeniyi, CEO of Reverso Limited and former Special Technical Adviser to the Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo, on Ease of Doing Business.
The challenge: three different state government websites that needed to be built to a high standard and delivered fast.
What Harness did: We took on all three websites at once, managed each as a product and delivered them within ten days.
The result: three live state government websites, delivered at speed and with excellence.

I first got to know Harness at Jos University Teaching Hospital, where I attended one of their IT capacity-building trainings. It was impactful. I later engaged them on a data analysis project that was delivered excellently, and that began a relationship of almost a decade. Harness then led our hospital's digital transformation and built our website. We have never had an issue; it has always been active.

I was frustrated by several different developers, but an associate recommended Harness. To our greatest surprise, they developed our e-commerce platform perfectly and excellently within a few days. They under-promised and over-delivered.
